Bookings: We recommend our clients to reserve their use of the studio by paying a booking deposit as early as possible. Because this makes our organisation easier, we're happy to share this benefit with our clients by offering them cheaper rates. Saver rates apply for reservations confirmed by payment of a booking deposit at least 10 business days prior to the desired start of your studio hire. Standard rates apply for reservations confirmed by payment of a booking deposit at least 5 business days prior to the desired start of your studio hire. Premium rates apply in all other cases (whether a booking deposit has been paid under 5 business days or not at all). To reserve the studio for hire, just send us an email specifying the date, start time and duration of the studio hire. We will then invoice you with a booking deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive payment of the booking deposit. Cancellations: We will refund booking deposits in full for cancellations which have been communicated to us in writing (via email) more than 10 business days prior to the reserved start of the studio hire. We will refund only 50% of the booking deposit for cancellations which have been communicated to us in writing (via email) between 10 and 5 business days prior to the reserved start of the studio hire. Unfortunately we cannot refund booking deposits for cancellations which have been communicated to us in writing (via email) under 5 business days prior to the reserved start of the studio hire. Studio-Hire time: We are extremely flexible about the time of hire, however when you reserve the studio starting on a certain time, we will charge you from that time even if you start using the studio only later. If members of the production crew turn up early on the reserved time, we won't send them away unless the studio is occupied or unavailable. However, if use of the studio (ie: equipment set-up) starts early, the time charged will start then. Use of the studio for longer than the time reserved is charged at the premium hourly rates as published above. Extra hours start being counted from 15 minutes after the previous hour end.
